1. If your paper has been selected as a Symposium / Oral presentation, please prepare bilingual slides in both Chinese and English in advance. Please download the template from the conference website and prepare one set of slides in Chinese and one set in English (failure to prepare as required will result in the cancellation of your presentation). During the conference, please upload your slides to the conference preview room. The specific presentation time is subject to the detailed program published on the conference official website. Meanwhile, the conference will waive your registration fee for this meeting. Please log in to the conference website before November 10, 2026 and select the "Registration Waived for Those with Academic Assignments" registration type to confirm your participation..

2. If your paper has been selected as an Poster, please download the poster template from the website and submit your poster according to the requirements.

a) Log in to the "Personal Center" with your contributor account, click "Submission List" and submit your e-Poster online. Each poster must be prepared according to the requirements in the template, and the template dimensions must not be altered. The language may be Chinese or English; only one version is required, and only one poster needs to be submitted.

b) The deadline for uploading posters is 20:00 on November 15, 2026.

c) If you have any questions during the poster submission process, you may contact the Secretariat by email.

d) Participants whose papers have been selected as Posters should log in to www.cmacua.com to complete conference registration and payment.

3. If your paper has been selected as Published Only, there is no need to prepare presentation slides or a poster. The paper abstract will be included in the electronic proceedings of this conference for participants to review.
